Cancellation / Refund Policy – Attendees
Attendees who cancel their registration
prior to 5 pm PT on Friday, July 19, 2024 are eligible for a 75% refund.
Cancellations
after July 19th are ineligible for a refund.

Workshops
& Tours
In
addition to more than 200 Technical Sessions, we have expanded our Workshop and
Tour offerings.
We
have 20 Workshops offering focused instruction on some of the industry's
hottest topics, some priced as low as $25! Register early as many Workshops
have registration deadlines and/or capacity limits.
Due to
popular demand, we have expanded our most popular Tour offerings (ie Hoover Dam
& the Venetian Hotel) to three (3) events each, and we have brought back
the amazing Shark Reef Aquarium tour! We have two (2) Tours to local Wastewater
Treatment Plants and a Tour of the Alfred Merritt Smith Water Treatment Plant
with a special look at the low level pump station! Register early as space is
limited, even with the expanded offerings!
