This seminar is designed for Grades I and II for the Collection System Maintenance Certification Exam. This will be an interactive program that will address:

- How the Technical Certification Program (TCP) exam process works and what to expect on test day. 
- Test-taking tips and how to study for the TCP exam; and 
- A general overview of resources, study material, and critical domains.
