Tour the Woods Valley Wastewater Reclamation Facility which is located in Valley Center. The Facility has been built in 2 phases as the Valley Center community continues to grow. Phase 1 is a .075MGD MBR that was built to serve the Woods Valley Development in 2007. Phase 2 was constructed for the North and South Village Projects, which include the Park Circle community. This added on an additional .2MGD capacity, and was started up in 2018. This is an Aero-Mod design. Aero-Mod is an advanced nutrient removal, energy-efficient system, with a modular design. All flows , ~.130MGD currently, are treated to title 22 standards, and discharged to neighboring Native Oaks Golf Course for irrigation.
