You must look at the specific process you’re working with, how does the equipment fit into your existing environment, what are the short-term and long-term costs, and what is the ultimate goal you’re trying to accomplish with the pumping system. Shaun Minton, Sales Engineer with Muniquip LLC, located in Roseville, CA, will look at the pump selection process for influent, sludge handling, heat exchange, dosing, grit, effluent and more in this 30-minute overview.
