Description:
The presentation will cover the basics of
calibration on flow meters, pressure, temperature, and pH & conductivity
devices along with a demonstration of the calibration equipment used to perform
the calibrations
The training session will begin with an overview
of calibration fundamentals, highlighting their importance in maintaining
accuracy, reliability, and safety of process automation equipment.
Participants will learn step-by-step calibration
procedures for common automation instruments, including sensors, transmitters,
and controllers.
The agenda includes practical demonstrations to
illustrate best practices in calibration techniques, documentation, and the use
of calibration standards and reference equipment.
Participants will engage in hands-on activities
and simulations, providing them an opportunity to practice calibration methods,
troubleshoot common issues, and interpret calibration certificates.
The session concludes with a review of calibration
intervals, compliance with industry standards, and maintaining records to
ensure ongoing quality control and regulatory adherence.
