This training is designed to provide practical skills needed to understand, implement, and manage effective Enforcement Response Plans (ERPs). Attendees will learn how to navigate enforcement requirements, issue appropriate penalties, and bring non- compliant industrial facilities back into compliance with a real-world case study and an interactive workshop.
