Electrical Safety for Operations Staff- 8 CCR 2320
- Electrical hazards, including shock, arc flash, and burns
- Electrical safety regulations (Cal/OSHA and NFPA 70E)
- Safe use and inspection of electrical equipment
- Proper panel access, breaker reset, and power line safety
- Responsibilities of the Standby Safety Worker during two-person tasks
Lockout / Tag out (Control of Hazardous Energy)- 8 CCR 3314 (j) and 2320.5
- Equipment and energy sources requiring lockout/tagout
- Proper lockout/tagout procedures, devices, and removal
- Lockout/tagout requirements for contractors
Attendees should park in the underground parking garage, accessible from Cherry Street or Chestnut Street. Please note the garage clearance is 8'3". Limited street parking is also available.
