In this Leadership Seminar, participants gain an understanding of how leadership
development and career development intertwine. Through an experiential
workshop, Dr. Renato Almanzor facilitates getting clear on what matters,
acknowledging the possibilities and barriers being authentic an adaptive
leaders, and develop approaches for advocacy, curiosity, and effective
communication, especially in conflict.
The day will include a panel of Waste Water Leaders such as General Managers,
Superintendents, and other Industry Leaders to share their leadership and
career journeys.
ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Dr. Renato Almanzor is a transformation catalyst, whose experience emerges from
30 years developing leaders committed to equitable communities, multicultural organizations,
and social justice. Much of his work has been dedicated to supporting community
leaders working with and in low-income communities and communities of color. To
