Johnmar Deguzman is a licensed P.E. in Mechanical Engineering in the State of California and has worked with the Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts since 2007. Mr. Deguzman is a Senior Engineer in the Energy Recovery Section and supports operation and maintenance of Districts’ Solid Waste Energy Recovery Facilities and assists in the development of special projects for the Districts’ Food Wa

Winnie Siauw is a project engineer in the Energy Recovery Section and has worked with the Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts for five years. Her work primarily focuses on the Food Waste Recycling Program expansion and operations. She also supports SB 1383 compliance and procurement start-up efforts.
