This presentation will include a discussion of a variety of industrial processes a pretreatment inspector may encounter. The discussion will include description of common processes and typical treatment technologies for specific industrial sectors, including metal finishing, food processing, breweries/distilleries, transportation and equipment cleaning, and others.
Learning Objective(s): After participating in this session, attendees will be able to:
• Identify industrial processes for the sectors discussed.
• Identify common industrial waste treatment technologies and evaluate performance
• Explain/discuss information learned from presentation with peer inspectors
