CWEA’s Collection Systems Committee is heading back to San Luis Obispo for three days of training, hands-on learning, and connection. 

Day one kicks off with the Collection Systems Fundamentals session led by William Kleinau. Day two focuses on spill response with live demos by Andy Morrison, vendor exhibits, and practical training covering regulations, reporting, containment, volume estimation, and response techniques. 

On Friday, the Collection Systems Committee will host its annual summer meeting. 

Breakfast and lunch are included with registration. 

SPEAKER BIO William Kleinau is the Managing Partner with Engineered Utility Solutions and Collection Systems Manager for Irvine Ranch Water District. He has 14 years in government, including Navy experience in defense systems maintenance. He led water and sewer teams in San Gabriel and Alhambra and volunteers with CWEA and MSA.
