Skilled trade internships are a valuable opportunity for students and workers
who want to learn practical skills in various fields. The intern can gain
hands-on experience, develop professional networks, and enhance their resume.
The work group and organization also benefit from the interns’ contributions,
fresh perspectives, and enthusiasm. With the noticeable decline of available
skilled labor, trade internships can help bridge the gap between education,
employment, and create a larger pool of quality candidates for future
recruitment.
