Time management is really self-management. It involves a process of steps that if followed consistently, in a systematic way, will insure that deadlines are met, quality work is produced and crises that cause stress for ourselves and those around us are avoided.
This session will be most effective for those who are open and committed to using their time in the most effective and productive way possible. The topics that will be covered in this interactive session include: why it’s difficult to manage time; adopting the right attitude; determining what’s important; planning and organizing; managing your time throughout the day; handling distractions; and personal commitment - action planning.
