Our Career Fair:

Please join us for our virtual Spring Career Fair using the online platform Brazen. Our career fair has been an ongoing success with 100+ students attending annually who are interested in the water resources industry. We hope to continue that success this year and we thank you for your interest and participation.

This online platform offers employers the ability to:

  • Customize their "booth"
  • Include direct links to job postings
  • View candidate resumes before the event
  • Have multiple representatives (i.e. multiple conversations at a time!)
  • View resumes automatically during conversations
  • Take digital notes following interactions with job seekers

What Companies Should Attend?

Anybody hiring in the water/wastewater/environmental sector! This could include:

  • Public agencies
  • Engineering firms
  • Environmental groups
  • Technology vendors

How the Virtual Career Fair Works:

After registering your organization to participate, you will be given access to create and customize your own booth, complete with your logo, images, videos, and other information to make your organization stand out.

During the event, your representatives will connect live 1-on-1 with job seekers through text or video chat, just like an in-person career fair, allowing you to learn about the job seekers, answer questions, and determine next steps.! You will also be able to take digital notes following your interactions and access those notes and resumes following the event.

Brazen offers a variety of training, resource guides, etc. for booth owners, booth representatives, etc. and we can direct companies towards those resources. Visit the Brazen Help Center for training information.
