Join us as we share trainer tips and tools designed to give you confidence as you turn information into something actionable for the people in the room. In this Trainer Tip session, we will share the basic building blocks of an effective training. You will learn elements of adult learning that will be the foundation for how you design a learning experience. You will explore the questions that ensure you are delivering a training that will lead to action or behavior change. Finally, you will learn how to use PowerPoint in support of learning. You’ll have a chance to apply what you learn to a few real presentations. 

All participants will receive a workbook with tips and tools and get access to additional training resources. 

This session is designed for any trainer or resource producer, no matter your design skill. Our goal is to increase your confidence in how you use design to deliver the most powerful learning experience possible.
