7:00-8:00 : Dinner

• Spinach Salad with bacon, red onions and goat cheese
• Sautéed Seasonal Vegetable Steamed Asparagus with hollandaise sauce on the side

• Tri-Tip of Beef with wild mushroom sauce
• Sautéed Salmon with tomato, sauvignon blanc, lemon and capers
