Silicon Valley Clean Water (SVCW) is a Joint Power Authority (JPA) that provides wastewater treatment for member-agencies located on the San Francisco Peninsula and is the recipient of CWEA’s Plant of the Year Award for FY2021. SVCW will share some of the highlights it has achievements in plant safety, regulatory compliance, innovation, and financial strategies for implementing its Capital Improvement Program.
