Monte
has been the Chief Operating Officer at Silicon Valley Clean Water since 2012.
He has 35 years of wastewater and water treatment experience with a BS in
Marine Biology from Humboldt State University, an AS in Water/Wastewater
Technology from Solano College, his Grade V Wastewater Certification, his Water
Distribution Operator II (D-2), and his Water Treatment Operator grade III
(T-3). Monte is also an adjunct professor of Water/Wastewater at Gavilan College. 4:30
