8 Hours, California Fats, Oils and Grease (FOG) Pretreatment Training

The training is funded by the USDA grant for a national training program on FOG discharge program development and management for small and rural communities. The training is for pretreatment programs related to Food Service Establishments and FOG sources. The training is targeted to smaller municipalities (<10,000 pop), including those that are connected to a larger POTW, whose staff may need FOG training. To date, this training has been well-received in more than twenty states. Western States Alliance is offering FREE 8-hours of virtual training classes that focus on Fats, Oils, Grease, funded by the USDA grant. The classes are 2-hour classes spread over four days, July 21, 22, 26 & 28 2021.
